Benefit days range from 120 to 270 days depending on your age and insured period at the time of separation. Older age and longer insured periods result in more benefit days.

Can anyone receive unemployment benefits?

No. You must have separated involuntarily, have at least 180 insured days in the 18 months before separation, be willing and able to work but unable to find employment, and be actively seeking work.
