Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Comzip Calculators (hereinafter "the Site") and its users in connection with the calculator services (hereinafter "the Service") provided by the Site, and set out any other necessary provisions.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect upon being posted and announced on the Service interface. The Site may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law, and any amended Terms take effect upon being announced on the Site.

Article 4 (Description of Services)

The Site provides everyday and financial calculators that anyone may use free of charge without registration. The Site may modify, add to, or discontinue all or part of the Service as necessary for service improvement or operational and technical reasons, and may do so without prior notice.

Article 5 (Accuracy of Calculation Results and Disclaimer)

All calculators and their results provided by this Site are for informational reference only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on or use of these results.

All calculation results provided by the Site are estimated figures intended to aid users' understanding and may not be used as the basis for any official legal, financial, or tax determination.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in any of the following activities in connection with the Service:

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in content created by the Site (including calculation logic, design, and text) vest in the Site operator. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes — or permit any third party to exploit — information obtained through the Site without the Site's prior consent.

Article 8 (Advertising)

The Site may display advertisements on screen to support its operations. By using the Service, users are deemed to consent to the display of such advertisements.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

The Site is not liable for its inability to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or server failures. In connection with services provided free of charge, and unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Site is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by users.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Any dispute arising between the Site and a user in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and litigation relating to such disputes shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms of Service take effect on July 20, 2026.
